Below are some frequently asked questions that we encounter on our ticketing system:


1 - How do I charge the Lifebar?

To charge the Lifebar 10, simply plug in the device using the provided Micro-USB cable (the port is on the front of the unit, between the two USB output ports; the small one) and plug the larger USB end into any standard USB port, such as the one that comes standard with all cell phones now for a wall charger, or into your computer.


2- How do I operate the flashlight on the Lifebar 10/13000?

To turn the flashlight on and off, double press the power button (small black button near the USB ports) quickly. If you successfully double-pressed the button quickly enough, the light will turn on, or off.


3- How do I know the Lifebar is charging; and how can I tell when it's finished charging?

When you plug in the Lifebar, you will see the Blue LED indicator lights turn on, relative to the current charge on the battery. The lights represent 25% increments. As the device charges, the 25% portion of the battery that is being charged will blink. When that particular 25% portion is charged, that light will turn on solid blue and the next light will begin blinking. When all four lights are solid blue, the device has finished charging.


4- How long does it take to fully charge the Lifebar?

The time required to fully charge the Lifebar partially depends on the amount of currently being provided by what it is plugged into. Typically, it takes anywhere between 3-5 hours to charge fully from empty.


5 - Can I charge my phone using the Lifebar while charging the Lifebar at the same time?

Yes you may. The Lifebar will take a bit longer to charge, since it is putting out power to the phone, but it will slowly charge as well.
