Make sure speaker is fully charge.
Make sure your speaker is in pairing mode and follow the instructions on Bluetooth pairing to pair again.
Check if the auxiliary cable is connected, if so please disconnect and pair again via bluetooth.
Bluetooth audio streaming will be automatically interrupted as the speaker switches to AUX function.
Turn volume up for the device.
