If you see this error code, please don't panic! We will show you another way of troubleshooting this

 


Please follow this path double click Computer/My Computer>Local Disk (C:)>Program Files (x86)


Locate the Antec Grid Folder and double click.

Once You've double click on the folder, click on Organize>Folder and search options.

There will be a pop up folder that will show up that says Folder Options. Click on the View Tab and on the Advance Settings, make sure that the "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" are highlighted and once it's highlighted, click OK.

Once you've clicked OK, the Folder Options will go away and it will go back to the Antec Grid Folder. Please double click on the Antec Grid Folder and locate the "PL2303 Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1.7.0" and double click that application.

This will bring out a PL-23103 Driver Installer Program, please highlight repair and click next.

This bring an activity window and it will repair the necessary drivers for the USB

Once it's finished, it will prompt you to either "Restart the computer or restart the computer later" Please highlight restart the computer and click on Finish.


Once your system restarts, try to see if the Grid Software works and if it detects the 950/1250? If problem still persist, try downloading the latest .NET Framework from Microsoft.
