Make sure to test system outside of computer case in order to know components are working before assembling into the enclosure.  Shorting issues can cause this.


How do you know if your system is not properly grounded

If you get this symptoms:

  • Static when touching the case
  • Using a Multimeter, you can get a small voltage on the chassis or the motherboard plate.
  • Front port assembly crashes when trying to insert audio or usb/e-sata/firewire peripherals.
