The new Version 2.0 and 2.1 Kuhler's will have a new mounting kit, please use this article as your guide for installation:
The New Backplate has a built in Threads and it can support the following: AMD Socket and Intel LGA 775, 115X (1150, 1151, 1152, 1155) and 1366 Sockets. LGA 2011 or 2011-3 Socket does not need the back plate.
