We recently changed ticketing systems. The majority of open tickets have been transferred to the new system. To gain access to your old ticket please e-mail warranty.info@antec.com with your old ticket ID number and we can send you a link to activate your account in the new system.
I cannot access my old ticket and the problem has not been resolved.
